Fresh Italy Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

Fresh Italy offers a Fast Track internet ordering service at most of it's stores. This service is intended to reduce the time that a customer has to spend inside a store queuing, ordering and waiting for their food to be prepared. If you make a Fast Track Order, your order will begin to be prepared immediately, and will be ready for you to collect within 5 minutes. As such, each store has a limited area within which it is recommended to make Fast Track Orders, of up to 300m from the store. If you are not within this distance of the store, there is a risk that your food will begin to spoil before you arrive at the store to collect it.

Payment
Payment online must be in sterling. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit / Charge cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Debit Cards, such as Delta or Switch are accepted. Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary. In the event of Fresh Italy needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days.

Ordering & Cancellation of orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to prepare the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent. Once your order has been received, it will be prepared immediately, and will be ready for collection within 5 minutes. Please come to the store immediately you have made your order. Fresh Italy's dishes will remain hot for approximately 15 minutes. Fresh Italy will not accept responsibility for dishes that have spoiled or gone cold where the customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of having placed their order. Amendments to the order cannot be made. Fast Track orders cannot be cancelled once made.

Products
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Fresh Italy store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item. Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain.
